Mohamad has more than 20 years extensive experience in the debt and derivatives capital markets ranging from North America to the Gulf. He brings an exceptional high profile and a myriad of global experience to the Essdar Group which has been gained from Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, L. F. Rothschild, J. P. Morgan, Daiwa Securities and Nomura Securities. Mohamad has extensively advised the UAE Central Bank, the UAE Ministry of Finance, Government of Iraq, and the Sultanate of Oman on various debt related issues.
Mohamad holds a Masters Degree in Management from Harvard University and a B.Sc. in Engineering and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.

Suketu has more than 14 years experience in all capital markets products with a focus and expertise in developing economies in the Gulf and Asia Pacific. He has specific emerging market expertise from India, the UAE, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea and Hong Kong. Previous to joining Essdar, Suketu’s global experience was gained with Emirates National Securitization Company (ENSEC), ABN Amro, Axis Bank and Khandwala Securities Ltd.
Suketu holds a Bachelor in Commerce Degree from Mumbai University and is also a Qualified Chartered Accountant and passed the Company Secretary examinations from India.

Ramin has experience in global capital markets and banking in Europe and the Middle East. He brings European expertise based out of Citigroup in London and expertise of GCC markets thereafter. At Citigroup he created standardised risk analysis systems for loan origination for many real estate asset types, working on deals including multi-family residential housing, trophy offices, diverse portfolios, club-loans to AIM-listed fund, retail malls, boutique and chain hotels, nursing homes as well as a German mortgage finance company in financial distress.
Ramin holds a PhD from the Centre for Quantitative Finance, Imperial College London. Ramin also holds an MEng (Hons) in Engineering, Economics and Management from University College, Oxford University.

Sarah is an internationally reputed expert in the compliance industry, with more than 15 years of specific application experience in the capital and commodity markets. Prior to joining, Essdar Group, Sarah was the Risk Advisor to the Board, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Membership at the Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited. Prior to the DME, Sarah was with Standard Bank Plc., with full regulatory oversight of global asset management, private client services and resource banking businesses. Sarah began her financial services career at the London Metal Exchange and Japan Metal Centre, London.
Sarah holds a BSc with honours in economics from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and is a fellow of the UK Securities Investment Institute.

| Syed Kashif Hussain |

Kashif has over 10 years experience of working in the Middle East. During 2006 to 2007 at Emirates National Securitization Corporation, Kashif was Vice President as part of the structuring team which pioneered the commercial and residential real estate and consumer receivables securitizations for Dubai entities, both Shariah compliant and conventional. Prior to joining Emirates National Securitization Corporation, Kashif has worked with the Big Four assurance and advisory firms in various capacities for their assurance, corporate finance, risk management and financial consultancy service lines.
Kashif has successfully completed Level 1 examination for the Chartered Financial Analyst program. |

Sohail has over 11 years experience providing IT solutions to the leading financial institutions in Middle East (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan). Previously, Sohail was with Emirates National Securitization Corporation as IT Manager where he developed the IT Infrastructure, Data Center and implemented Loan Servicing Platform for Operations & Client Servicing used for servicing a mortgage portfolio of USD 400 mln. Prior to ENSEC Sohail worked with Gulf Banking Consultants in capacity of Manager Software Development and Implemented auto securitization system for Riyadh Bank and Citibank N.A. Dubai.
