Essdar Group takes its corporate social responsibility seriously and to that end, Essdar Group is committed to recruiting, training and developing UAE nationals. Essdar Group actively seeks out entry level graduates to offer career progression into eventual management positions. Our Emirati Recruitment and Training Programmes allow us to effectively deliver on our commitment. 

  
 

Essdar Group Emirati Training Programme

Fresh or recently graduated UAE nationals who hold a minimum of a higher diploma or a Bachelors degree are recruited by Essdar Group or even seconded from other firms in the region to undertake a specified period of training across separate departments. Selected candidates receive a mix of on the job training, manager led training as well as extensive mentoring that fast tracks their organizational development within a minimum period of 6 months. Each graduate can expect an individual development plan that ensures a well defined road map to achieve the desired competencies to help deliver on the job.

  
   

Essdar Group Emirati Secondment Programme

Essdar Group understands that some Emiratis are already employed and may not wish to leave their current employee. As such Essdar Group can work with existing employees to negotiate short secondments to Essdar Group. For example this will allow an Emirati a short term work experience at Essdar Group after which they will be able to return back to their existing employer. Essdar Group has successfully completed Emirati Secondment Programmes, having had Emiratis seconded from financial services regulators to fellow financial institutions.

Work Placement/ Summer Internship Program

Essdar Group also has the capability to provide job internship programmes for Emirati students towards completion of their academic requirement.

And as such we offer a summer work internship programme that offers learning opportunities to these students during their summer holidays. Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion and would be considered strong candidates for open positions after their graduation.
